The fisherman caldron consist of 5/6 different kind of fishes (good balance between rock and whites fishes, accommodated with cuttlefishes, green crabs, mussels from mediterranean sea and potatoes. Accompanied with traditinal Rouille sauce.

In the lign of family celebration in Provence, big Aîoli will enjoy you by the freshness off all season's vegetables presure cooked accompanied with stock fish filets, snails and other "bulots", hard eggs, and of course not to be forget a good amount of aioli sauce from the old receipt

   

MALAYAN CURRIES: (Malayan curry celebration meals)

Malayan version of the famous curries Indian curry, of which it is characterized by a large variety from tastes which will charm your papillae: soft, hot, sweet, salted,warn and cold.
